Caitlin & Davide, Owners & Hosts
Caitlin’s love for Vermont began in the 80s when she learned to ski on the slopes of Sugarbush in the winters and spent summers swimming in countless water holes. Caitlin is a Ben & Jerry’s aficionado and has a deep love for the dill pickles from the Warren General Store.
Davide is Italian and grew up in Milan, learning to ski in the Italian Alps. He is an Advanced Sommelier, certified by the Italian Sommelier Association.
Caitlin & Davide met in London, where they both lived and worked for over a decade before relocating to the US in 2020. Since relocating, they have enjoyed (re)discovering Vermont, its natural beauty, relaxed lifestyle and phenomenal craft beer selection.
Caitlin and Davide purchased the property in May 2022 and welcomed their first child into the world in June 2022. They look forward to creating memories with her in Vermont.
Tim & Florence, Hosts
Tim & Florence have been married 47 years and began vacationing in Vermont in the mid-1970s.
Originally from Buffalo, New York (and avid Bills fans), prior to retirement, Tim & Florence moved around the country, having lived in the D.C. area, Chester County, Pennsylvania, Chicago, Columbus, Ohio and most recently in Bonita Springs, Florida on the Gulf of Mexico.
In 2022, they decided to throw in their flip-flops and spend some time in Vermont, where they are taking advantage of the good life that Vermont offers and are able to spend more time with their first grandchild.
